Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can respond. Joining the launch list records your email and consent to product news and boating organization tips. If you create an account or make a purchase when available, the store and MadeThis process the account and order information needed to provide access and support.
How we use it
We use this information to answer inquiries, record interest in the launch, provide purchased resources, and investigate problems. Launch signup does not currently send a confirmation email or a download. Ask to leave the launch list through our contact page.
Services involved
The storefront uses MadeThis for checkout and notification services, Convex for store data, and Vercel for hosting. Contact messages and newsletter signups are sent to MadeThis through a signed server connection. When checkout is available, payment details are handled by the platform’s payment service; do not send card details through our contact form.
Cookies and analytics
The store uses cookies or similar storage for account sessions and purchase attribution. When the platform’s analytics configuration is enabled, PostHog records site visits and product interactions to help us understand use of the shop. Your browser settings can restrict cookies and local storage; doing so may affect sign-in and some store features.
Retention and requests
We retain information as needed for support, access to purchases, operating the business, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the launch list, contact us. We may need to verify a request and retain information that is necessary for legal or transaction records.
